Charley Tichenor: Charley Tichenor joined IFPUG about 1993 and has served on the Non-functional Sizing Standards Committee since 2012, where he is currently Vice-Chair. He is also on the Business Applications Committee and Nominating Committee. His experience includes being certified as a CFPS, and as function point team leader of eight counters for three years with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service where he either counted or supervised the counting of more than 425 applications and 1,000 annual enhancements.
Aman Kumar Singhal: Global leader for Client Services Excellence at IBM consulting, driving delivery and quality transformation towards enhanced client value delivery, reduced risks and profitable growth. Aman has over 25 years experience in IT services primarily in the area of IT global delivery and service capability improvement, quality assurance, financial quality management, consulting, risk management, large & complex programs, enterprise agile transformation, DevOps, software engineering, estimation, measurement system, vendor management, audits and assessment. He demonstrates strong results orientation, focus on value delivery and alignment with business priorities.
David Herron: is a management consultant, lecturer and author of several industry leading books on IT performance measurement. He is Co-founder of David Consulting Group, and is dedicated to the advancement of business value through software. Over the course of his professional career Mr. Herron has provided consulting and coaching services for a variety of IT organizations. He is an acknowledged authority in the areas of function point analysis, project estimating, performance measurement, and process improvement.
Mr. Herron’s industry background includes experience in commercial software development, government projects and corporate information systems. He is co-author of the following books: Measuring the Software Process: A Practical Guide To Functional Measurement, Prentice Hall, 1996 with David Garmus; Function Point Analysis; Measurement Practices for Successful Software Projects, Addison-Wesley, Nov 2000, with David Garmus; and The Business Value of IT: Managing Risks, Optimizing Performance, and Measuring Results, CRC Press, 2008, with Michael Harris and Stasia Iwanicki.
David also provides job performance coaching services and lends his expertise in an advisory role and as a board chair on several non-profit boards.
