CFPS Fellows
Recognizing 20+ Years of Excellence
The Certified Function Point Specialist (CFPS) exam has been a standard of excellence within the software measurement community and is used to IFPUG members globally.
IFPUG honors those who have shown their expertise over 20 years and who have acted as a beacon in leading measurement practices by awarding the special designation of CFPS Fellow. We appreciate their dedication and integrity.

CFPS Fellows are IFPUG members who have 20 years of continuous CFPS certification with no more than 1 lapse not exceeding 90 days. Members who have obtained the CFPS Fellow designation will hold it in perpetuity as long as they maintain their IFPUG membership in good standing.
All CFPS Fellows are responsible for ensuring their membership dues are paid annually in a timely fashion and their membership is kept in good standing. Should their membership lapse again, their CFPS Fellow designation will no longer be valid.
